Below is a list of the locations that crews are welcome to meet runners. Runners must not be crewed at any other point than those listed below. More detailed rules for crews can be found in the infopacks. (Please note this list is subject to change at any time. Organisers reserve the right to add or remove locations without any prior notice. Removal of a location between now and race date will be noted at the top of this page).
Cut off times apply only at aid stations. Listed cut offs at crew only locations are simply a guide and will not be enforced.

The race starts on the river itself, adjacent to the Town Hall on the new Richmond Waterfront. The best place to park is at Richmond Station in the NCP, The Quadrant, Kew Road, TWP 1DN. There is no parking in Whittaker Avenue or in Heron Square adjacent to the Town Hall. This thoroughfare will be kept clear for drop off only.
Runners may be crewed anywhere in Staines town centre on the Thames Path/ waterfront, between the Mercure Hotel and the bridge crossing to the south side of the river at the A308.
The Thames Path makes it's way through Staines as a long stretch of pavement that runs adjacent to the river. Access is easiest by parking and walking to the location. The nearest parking is at Riverside Car Park.
Parking for this aid station is in Runnymede Pleasure Grounds (Pay and Display). Crews are not permitted to park at Wraysbury Skiff and Punting Club itself as the car park will only hold a few volunteer vehicles. The Thames Path runs directly alongside the river at this point and you will find the car park adjacent to the Wray Skiff and Punting Club (dragonboat club also there).
Best parking is in Boulters Lock Car Park, which is the address given, slightly north of Boulters Lock itself. The course/ Thames Path is on pavement here alongside the road. Runners come from the right/ south before turning back on to trail around 50m - 100m past the car park. Runners can be crewed on that stretch anywhere between the Maidenhead side of the bridge/ river and the turn on to the trail.
Parking in Boulters Lock Car Park is £0.50 for up to 3 hours.
Runners enter Marlow High Street alongside All Saints Church, cross the road and continue on the north bank of the river turning right just before the bridge.
Crews are welcome to park anywhere in Marlow Town Centre. Runners may be crewed anywhere between runners emergence on to the road in to the town at Mill Bank, until 300 metres west of the Bridge along the towpath. A large potential crewing area.
Park anywhere along Mill Meadows Road (pay and display). The aid station is at the far end of the meadows, on the path itself and adjacent to the water, directly opposite the Rowing Museum.
Runners can be crewed in the small park adjacent to the Waterfront Cafe. Free parking is available along the road just off of the A4074, prior to the cafe and Benson Waterfront. There is also parking available at the Waterfront cafe, but please make sure to patronise the cafe if there during opening hours/ you are awaiting final runners. (Cafe opening hrs: 0800 - 1800).
There is a small car park adjacent to the hall. Please respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum and engines switched off. Please also try to attend the aid station only around the expected time of your runner and do not block the car park for other crews. This is a busy location.
Runners can be crewed in the area immediately adjacent/ either side of Tolgate Road where it crosses the river/ the Thames Path. This is just a few yards from the car park given in the address field. Please keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the residents.
Located on the west side of the A415 – Culham Road, which enters Abingdon in a northerly direction. Heading towards Abingdon Town Centreon the A415, the aid station is in the meadow directly on your left before you cross the Thames. The Parking facilities are on the left hand side, after the football/ cricket club but before the meadow/ bridge.
To access the Queens College Sports Ground, you must take the signed turning off of the Abingdon Road leading to and from Oxford town centre and the ring road. You enter the sports ground via a single lane tarmac drive that meanders left and then banks sharply right. Follow this road all the way to the end to the parking by the field & the finish line. Parking at the finish line is limited so please only bring one car per runner down to the ground. There is plenty of parking nearby to leave other cars otherwise other runner support won't be able to get in to see their runners finish.
