Applications for 2025 are open - a total of 100 places are available. Once the initial places are sold, a waiting list will be in operation.

The total entry fee is £215 payable at time of entry. If the application is rejected on the basis of qualification criteria, a full refund will be processed within 14 working days.
Cancellation, Refund, Deferral & Transfer Policy
Runners who withdraw up to 4 weeks prior to race day (2359 GMT Friday 28 days prior) are eligible for either a refund, minus a 30% admin fee, or a deferral to 2026, minus a 15% admin fee.
Withdrawals within four weeks of race day will not be eligible for any refund and cannot be deferred.
To defer, runners must contact us via email by clicking here. Your 2025 place will then be cancelled and any refund protection (if taken out) will be voided. You will be invited to sign up for the 2026 event, prior to general entries open. The cost due at that point is 15% of your 2025 fee plus the price difference for 2026. If you choose not to sign up at that stage or withdraw prior to race day, no refund will be issued.
To withdraw please find your entry here, login and click on my entries (if you have Xcover please see below first). You can then cancel your own entry. Your card will automatically be refunded the 70% fee up to 4 weeks before race day. This can take up to 10 working days to reach your account. Within four weeks of race day, you can still cancel your entry, but without any refund.
Exception to this is ONLY for pregnancy/ postpartum and in which case you must notify us by email here of your pregnancy no later than 4 weeks prior to race day to be eligible for a 100% refund. You must acknowledge that you understand and agree to this policy during the registration process.
REFUND PROTECTION
Refund Protection by XCover: When entering this event, you will be offered the option to purchase refund protection, provided by XCover. This allows participants to receive a full refund of their entry fees (and any extras purchased as part of a package, unless you’ve received any of these goods/services) if they are unable to attend the event due to an unforeseen circumstance (subject to T&Cs).
Centurion Running do not process, administrate, or adjudicate any claims made by or through XCover, the policy is held between the participant and XCover.
