This tab describes all toilet locations at the South Downs Way 100.

Runners should refer to this tab here for the aid station locations. Toilets are available at all check points that are ticked on that list. These are also included below.

If you choose to stop at a cafe or pub on route, please request permission where appropriate, we have no prior arrangements with any of those on route, unless at check points. If a toilet is not at a check point we cannot guarantee it being open - those listed should be open for all but again as we have no agreement with the landlords at non-check points, we cannot guarantee it.

Mile 0 - Start/ Matterley Bowl: Toilets at the start will be assigned Mens, Womens and Unisex. All womens toilets will have sanitary products available inside the door. https://what3words.com/hardback.soft.noble
